We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your package.
- The customer bears the costs associated with returning the goods.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will address the issue promptly to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Custom-made or personalized orders.
- Items sold during promotions or sales campaigns.
- Gift cards.
Note: Local duties, customs fees, shipping costs or VAT paid by the customer are non-refundable.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without a reason.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it following the steps above. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
