How do I check the battery level?
Hold the power button on the right side for about 2-3 seconds.
First, the middle LED lights up, followed by the outer circle. Then one, two, or three rows of lights briefly blink, indicating the battery status:
3 rows = fully charged, 2 rows = 30-70% charged, 1 row = needs charging soon. Finally, the bottom left LED will blink slightly, indicating that the neuroVIZR is searching for a connection.
Can I adjust the light intensity?
You can adjust the light intensity. In each module, there is a slider from 0-10 to control the light intensity. Depending on the ambient light, it’s worth adjusting this setting individually for each session.
Start lower & go up to where you feel comfortable. That will be different or each person.
What headphones shall I use?
The neuroVIZR device does not come with headphones, but it specially designed to not obstruct any headphones you may already use.
You can use any pair - but if you have noise cancelling headphones, that's even better.
What cable do I need?
Once charged you do not need to be attached to cables. The device connects wirelessly to your phone.
If you mean 'what charging cable?' you need a universal USB-C cable. (not included)
You should definitely have a one at home from one of your other devices/phones.
