Do I need headphones?
Yes. Sound is an essential part of the synchronised experience. You can use compatible wired or Bluetooth headphones.
Do I need a subscription?
Each model includes a defined level of app access. LITE and ORIGINAL can be upgraded in the app for additional content and features. ROUGE includes the most comprehensive content and feature tier. Any upgrade pricing is shown in the app.
How long is a session?
Depending on the session, an experience typically lasts around 5 to 20 minutes. Many sessions are designed around an 11-minute format.
Can I use neuroVIZR on the go?
ORIGINAL and ROUGE have built-in batteries and are suited to portable use. LITE requires a wired power source during every session.
Is neuroVIZR a medical device?
No. neuroVIZR is a wellness product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Who should not use neuroVIZR?
